I found this book to be a very deep read. To address the issues of child abuse, rape, suicidal thoughts, and depression is a tall order. I think this book did a great job of addressing those issues without getting preachy. The only thing that stopped me from giving it five stars were formatting and grammar issues. Although small there were several instances of tense problems and some typos that did not ruin the book for me at all just prevented the five star rating.
